Together, we will ignite spiritual healing and transformation on every level—mind, body, and spirit—through the powerful combination of consciousness practices, sound, and vibration.

With crystal bowls, percussion instruments, toning, and color, you will discover sound as a living bridge to expanded awareness and inner renewal. You’ll learn how words carry frequency, and how to direct that frequency for healing, clarity, and alignment with your highest self.

Each week, you’ll be guided to bring the sacred into the everyday—from the ordinary to the extraordinary—by weaving sound therapy with affirmative prayer and other transformative practices.
