You Don’t Arrive at Abundance, You Practice It

"The great thing about this truth is the version of you that is fluent in abundance doesn't need to become the abundant you. It is already the abundant you!" Rev. Tony Crapolicchio

Every single morning hands you a fresh start. A new chance to choose a greater version of you show up even before the coffee, before the inbox, before anything else has had a say. Dr. Joe Dispenza wrote, “We are who we practice to be.” Not who we hope to be. Not who we swore we’d be after the last big breakthrough. Who we practice, on ordinary mornings, not just the extraordinary ones. The great thing about this truth is the version of you that is fluent in abundance doesn’t need to become the abundant you. It is already the abundant you!

Nobody becomes fluent in anything worth having through just one great insight. A pianist doesn’t play a piece once and call it mastered. An athlete doesn’t take one good rep and retire the habit. Fluency is built the same joyful way every time, by choosing the same intention over and over. Then, again, and again, until the intention no longer requires effort and simply is how a person moves through the world. Every time you catch yourself mid-thought and choose expansion, that’s a practice, a rep for the intention of abundance. Every time you are generous, stay open, stay grateful, simply because you decided to, that’s a rep too. None of it has to be dramatic. It only needs to be repeated. Repeated so often, that practice is an engrained habit of being abundant.

So, here’s a suggestion, practice the version of you that already knows abundance is real, today, on purpose, regardless of what the morning might have looked like. Not because anything is broken or needs fixing, but because greatness is rehearsed on purpose, with intention, over and over again. This “rehearsal with purpose” will become a habit and the habit will reveal the natural and normal state of the abundance of your being. Abundance is a way of being you get to keep choosing, rep after glorious rep, until the day you realize abundance no longer a choice at all. It’s simply who you are.

Up-Level The Frequency of You

Up-Level The Frequency of You

"A thought is a vibration before it's ever a sentence, and the body has known this longer than the mind has been willing to admit it." Rev. Tony Crapolicchio

Most people think of a thought as a private, silent thing, something that happens quietly behind the eyes and stays there. It doesn’t. A thought is a vibration before it’s ever a sentenceand the body has known this longer than the mind has been willing to admit it. That’s the premise underneath the Sacred Resonance, an exercise offered through The Affirmative Knowing and built to be added into an existing spiritual practice. The Sacred Resonance exercise is thirty minutes of empowering affirmations laid over Solfeggio frequencies, ancient, specific vibrational tones associated for centuries with greater resonance, transformation, and release. Within TCSL’s Abundance Shift Program, this same exercise is offered under its program name, Sacred Resonance for Abundance. The words give the mind something true to agree with. The frequencies give the body something true to settle into. Together, they’re less a meditation and more a tuning fork held up to a journey that might need a little retuning. Retune the frequency, and the life has no choice but to follow.

Dr. Ernest Holmes wrote, “Deep within the subconscious mind of man lie infinite possibilities, which, when realized, will constructively control his future.” That’s precisely the layer Sacred Resonance is built to reach. Not the surface mind busy composing tomorrow’s to-do list, but the deeper mind that doesn’t argue, doesn’t negotiate, and simply absorbs whatever it’s given on repeat. Thirty minutes of affirmation isn’t a pep talk aimed at willpower; it’s a daily tuning of vibration, deposited straight into the subconscious mind. Neville Goddard said, “Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled.” That assumption isn’t pretending — it’s rehearsal, the deliberate practice of inhabiting the feeling of the wish already fulfilled until the nervous system stops treating it as a hope and starts treating it as a memory. Held daily against the Solfeggio frequencies, that assumed feeling has somewhere to land: a body already tuned to receive it rather than resist it. Esther Hicks teaches, “You cannot offer a vibration and not have life respond to you. It is impossible.” An affirmation is only ever as effective as the feeling behind it — a mind and body settled into vibrational resonance is far more available to feel something as true rather than merely hoped for. Thirty minutes within the Solfeggio frequencies isn’t asking anyone to believe on faith. It’s asking them to offer a vibration on purpose and consistently. Match the frequency, and the response has already begun.

This isn’t just a metaphysical practice, either. British cognitive scientist Colin Cherry studied this exact phenomenon, which he called the cocktail party effect, demonstrating that the subconscious mind is always processing sound, even what a person isn’t consciously focused on. Because Sacred Resonance is framed entirely in first-person “I am” statements rather than background noise, it speaks directly in the language the mind stays primed to notice and absorb — and with consistent practice, that absorption compounds. Repetition reconditions the subconscious to default toward a positive vibration, so the old static of the monkey mind — the looping self-doubt, the reflexive worst-case chatter — gradually loses its grip, crowded out by an upleveled vibrational resonance the mind has been conditioned, day after day, to offer instead. The monkey mind doesn’t get defeated — it gets out sung.

None of this requires incense or a special chair. Sit with The Sacred Resonance under headphones for full immersion or download it and let it run quietly in the background during a commute or a load of laundry. Either way, thirty minutes is the whole ask, and what it builds is a consciousness that increasingly speaks to itself the way The Sacred Resonance does: on purpose, in the affirmative, and unwilling to settle for anything less than the life it’s already claiming.
